This course will run on most Cisco approved desktops with standard configurations. Please contact the TRC for any hardware or software support issues.

Browser: If running within a web browser, you must use Internet Explorer version 5.5+ Netscape Navigator 7.0+.

Flash: The Flash 6 or higher plug-in is required. See the detector below to determine if you have the Flash plug-in installed.
